Dear Sir,
Asslam-O- Aalikum rendered 25 years of meritorious service to Pakistan Air Force as an Associate Engineer in Aero Engine Technology.
• Quality Assurance Evaluator for ALT-III Helicopter, Mushshak, F-7P, FT-5 A/C and, Related Engine & Equipments, Flying Squadron And back shop inspections (Quality verification inspection, quality shake down, A/C and engine acceptance.
• Rich experience of 1st and 2nd line maintenance, inspection, servicing, fault isolation, documentations of C-130 aircraft , T56-A-15 engine and prop (canning / un-canning, engine & components installation / removal, phase inspection, fuel nozzle testing, technical store / tools / inventory items).
• Qualified & well experienced SOAP Lab (spectroil M/N-W), specroil fuel analyzer ( M/F-W) can perform daily testing of aircraft engine oil samples, maintained a result record and trend of any contamination.
• Aviation fuel sample full specification testing as per latest military specifications. Inspection of bulk tank after internal cleaning, assessment condition of epoxy coating and ability to perform Epoxy Coating Thickness Test, Pinholes Detection Test, Bulk Tank Sheet Thickness Test, Adhesion Test, Surface Preparation after Sand Blasting. Fabrication, Welding, Sandblasting and post Epoxy Paint Destructive / NDI of Hired Mechanical Transport for fuel shipment from Refinery to PAF Bases and aviation fuel bulk storage tanks.
• Have potential to serve in an organization in effective way through professional knowledge, vast experience in technical / administrative fields and interpersonal skills, to meet with targets set by an organization.
• Shift Management including Men, Machine, Material and Tools at supervisory Level.
• Technically skilled and professionally competent Supervisor.
• Well conversant with office management, file work procedures and technical store management.
• Well known about Safety of the system (Personal / Equipment)
