Carrying out 1st and 2nd line servicing activities in DHRUV H\C.
The line and hangar servicing works include functional checks, system integration checks & control rigging of the following systems/components:

Performing repairs for various components which includes electro chemical coatings, pre & final grinding operations in CNC machine and other work shop activities.
Assessment and compliance of designer modifications, NDT of various aircraft parts.
Defect investigation and rectification of VR-8/VR-14 air frame systems.
Evaluation of local technology for procurement of components which are critical to obtain from OEM and also to reduce the cost.
Forecasting of crucial aircraft spares in order to meet the yearly production target.
In charge for inhibition & packing of final helicopter products produced.
Conducting OJT & continuity classes.
Documentation of various technical activities in Inspection repair record and Job cards.
