We have module system syllabus for the course in all subjects. We have the classes for aero engines such as light aircraft piston engines, turbo prop, turbo shaft, turbo jet and high by pass turbo fan engines. We use the training aids such as diagrams, charts, mock ups, over head projector and L.C.D projector

Work details are strip and build of Rotating Module (RM) and Non Rotating Module (NRM) of jet engine such as Low Pressure Compressor, High pressure Compressor, High Pressure Turbine, Low Pressure Turbine, Intermediate case, oil sump pressure test, diffuser case and its pressure test, build and rivoting of variable entry guide vanes, rivoting of High Pressure Turbine, Assembling of nozzle entry guide vanes, removal and assembling of split bearing, assembling of exhaust case, tourqueing tab washer bending and positive wire lock on nut and holt head etc. of Jet Engines in B3 level fitted on Boeing 747-200,747-300,747-400 and Air Bus A300,310 and 320 series.
The engines are JT 9D 7A,7J,7Q,7R,7R4EI,7R4G2 and PW 4000 series. Static and
dynamic balancing of spinner fan, low pressure compressor, high pressure compressor, low pressure turbine and high pressure turbine to minimize vibration of engine and distribute weight equally by using counter balancing weight.
Engine Overhaul - Contract work carried out on Malaysian Airlines, Royal Brunei Airlines, Garuda Airlines, Thai Airlines, Air china, Air tara, Kuwait Airlines, Saudi Arabian Airlines etc.
Fully conversant with maintenance, service, repair, rectification, modification and overhaul of military aircraft engine as well as wide bodied commercial aircraft engine.
