JOB DESCRIPTION

 Performed removal and installation of landing gear tires, brakes and strut assembly in accordance with maintenance manual.
 Performed removal and installation of flight controls such as leading edge flaps, leading edge slats, flight and ground spoilers, inboard and outboard flaps, aileron and balance tab, rudder, elevator and balance tab with aircraft maintenance manual.
 Performed removal & installation the primary & secondary heat exchangers, air cycle machines, water separators and replace the air filters.
 Visual inspection, cleaning and adjusting the fitting of the hydraulic line.
 Performed removal and installation of rudder PCU with aircraft maintenance manual.
 Performed removal and replace of the hydraulic fuse, filters and rubber O ring.
 Performed removal, installation and cleaning the wing fuel tank panels for inspection and replace the rubber seal.
 Check inspection and cleaning interior of wings fuel tank and fuel center tank.
 Performed "A'', ''B'', ''C'' and ''D'' check on aircraft Boeing 737-200.
 Performed inspection accordance with maintenance manual procedure as a result lightning strikes, turbulence and hard landing etc.
 Performed Services Bulletin, Maintenance Manual Bulletin, Airworthiness Directive and other modification work in compliance on manufacturer's specifications.
 Performed on the defect rectification on categories of airframe and powerplant in accordance with the maintenance manual.
 Performed removal and installation of engine and its components in accordance with maintenance manual.
 Performed removal and installation of main landing gear on aircraft Boeing 737-200.
 Performed engine change on various aircraft Boeing 737-200.
 Performed removal and replace the scavenge oil filter, generator drive oil filter, fuel filter and change also the old rubber O ring from its filters.
 Performed removal the thermocouple from the turbine engine and borosscope the turbine blades for sign of crack.
 Performed removal and replace the fuel heater, strainer and change the filter.
 Performed removal and change the engine build-up using the technical order.
 Inspection check the thermocouple for continuing and replace worn out thermocouple.
 Performed routine and non-routine maintenance activities such as pre-flight inspection, post flight inspection and periodical inspection.
 Performed rigging on the Boeing aircraft 737-200.
 Performed troubles shooting analysis and rectification of reported flight and ground aircraft discrepancies.
 Performed removal and installation of aircraft engine fan blades on aircraft Boeing 737-200.
 Performed servicing on aircraft Boeing 737-200.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Determines defect and unsatisfactory conditions present in the aircraft and diagnosis their causes to pinpoint areas or system where corrective actions are needed.
 Perform corrective repairs, adjustments or unit replacement consistent with the quality standards set by the aircraft manufacturer.
 Troubleshoots, repairs, services, cleans and modifies aircraft components and system and related equipment by using hand tools in accordance of its specification.
 Performing maintenance activities of the aircraft required in the maintenance task card in accordance with the procedures and standard set forth in the applicable manual, manufacture’s specification and applicable airworthiness authority regulation.
 Accomplish modification as per approved engineering orders and instructions, service bulletins issued by the manufactures and government regulation agency.
 Conducted oil servicing, thermocouples removals, inspections of powerplant & reduction gear box and engine filters.
 Advices on technical problem related to repair, maintenance, servicing and inspection of aircraft and related support equipment.
 Rectifies aircraft maintenance discrepancy, In accordance with the Classification and Specifications for Manufacturer’s Technical order.
 Position (jacking and towing) aircraft to facilitate maintenance. Marshall, outgoing and incoming schedule aircraft of its designated spot.
 Adjust, aligns and calibrates aircraft systems and components to achieve maximum operation efficiency with design characteristics.
 Services of aircraft system such as Fuel, Oil Hydraulic, Pneumatic, aircraft lubrication, clean and service lavatory and water of the aircraft.
 Perform inspections, preventive maintenance and repair on installed turbine engine.
 Cuts all work assigned in an efficient and cost effective manner.
 Complete the engine maintenance of inspection system maintenance complete removal and reinstallation of the time to change all in speedy safely manner to insure the engine shop equipment, parts, tools and engine test is use and stored safely to the customer.
 Accomplishes modification and alteration instructions in accordance with M&E orders and Mandatory Bulletins.
 Cuts work order for non-routine services.
 Keeps an up-to-date record of customer tools and equipment to see to it that they are always in operating condition.
 Ensures that Customers property such as aircraft materials and components, manuals, forms, documents, etc., are placed in such a way to prevent commingling with that of another customer proper identification and labeling is necessary.
 Signs off works accomplishment in the appropriate records, forms and other documents which may be needed in the performance of duties.


 Performed other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
 Maintains a clean, neat and orderly working area at all times and follows all pertinent safely rules and regulation.
