DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

LTP Base / Line Maintenance

Base Maintenance are designed to repair , overhaul and testing facilities for aircraft such as BOEING 747-400/737-400 B777-200and Airbus 340-300/A330-300, A319-100 320-200 but are not limited to perform and preparation servicing such as C, EQ,A S1 and S2 check with the application manual safety standard and manufacturer’s specification.

Conducts removal, installation, repair and overhaul damage parts of components of the aircraft such as Galleys, OSB, Lavatory, Sidewall Ceiling Floor Panels, Pax Seat, Crew Rest and Safety Demo Equiptment.

Performed removal and replacement of component parts accordance with Amm.

We do repair composite parts honeycomb and carbon fiber by using araldite, microballoon and prepeg.

Maintain an orderly and clean working area and observe all safety measures.

Re assembled components check them for operating efficiency and general condition and serviceability in accordance with established maintenance schedule and rectifies defect of malfunctions recorded by the flight crew.

Line maintenance conducts daily routine pre-flight inspection upon arrival of the aircraft to perform and preparation servicing such as S1 and daily check.

Review the cabin maintenance logbook and Aircraft maintenance logbook and rectifies minor defect or malfunction recorded by flight crew and maintain records of action taken for presence security, general conditioning, completeness and serviceability ensure that all emergency and demo equipment are serviceable and operating efficiency .

Performed Transit daily and weekly check of B777-200-B747-400 A340-500, A330,300,A320-200,AB19-100 aircraft.

Ensure that all maintenance requirements necessary to assure airworthiness of the aircraft have been accomplished.


Accomplishment of customers aircraft’s maintenance checks, check, inspection, repair, modification, and testing safety, demonstration, emergency and loose equipment, removal/ installation, repair, overhaul, modification, and refurbishment of all aircraft seats.

Accomplishes maintenance checks of cabin components and associated parts in accordance with the company’s standard procedures, manuals, and manufacturer’s specification to ensure its serviceability condition and attachment security for passengers comfort and safety.

Performs routine checks and works specified in the work sheet and work cards, and its corresponding corrective action or parts/unit replacement and modification. Accomplishes rectification of flight remarks, hold items list ( HIL ), and non-routine cards, consistent with the quality standards set by the company, customers aircraft manufacturers specification.
