Hello and welcome to United Airlines Customer Service.

Have you recently taken a flight with United Airlines (UAL)? I truly hope that you enjoyed it however we all know that sometimes things just don't always go so well.

So what I thought would be helpful would be to have somewhere where people could come and express their experiences from airport to airport. That is from the time you reached the booking desk to the time you finally did/didn't collect your luggage.

So tell us about your RAVE for UAL. How was the flight, what aircraft did you fly in, where from and to, how was the service overall etc? Basically speaking let's complete United Airlines reviews for the good of those of us who travel and for United themselves.

I sincerely hope that you were not treated rudely / abruptly.

Was the flight a bit rough or the aircraft itself quite noisy?

Regardless of what the problem come and let us know. This could ensure one or more things will happen.

A Senior Executive from United Airlines may discover through this site that an issue NEEDS ADDRESSING and one hopes that they act upon it (which I'm confident they will).

Secondly you may assist another passenger to fly with someone else particularly if the problem is an ongoing one.
