Katie's flight with United

I had a great experience with United. I flew out of Indianapolis, IN to Chicago, IL. Then from Chicago to San Francisco, CA, then from San Francisco to Sydney Australia. Everyone from check-in to the flight crew were very nice and helpful. My only complaint was on my flight to Sydney my plug in for my headphones was jammed. It seemed like someone had stuck something in it. I know United couldn't do anything about this though. It was good service, good food, and a friendly staff.
