I have more than 20 years of experience in the fields of REPAIR AND WARRANTY, Component Management/supply chain Management, aircraft spares & material purchasing and logistic exposure, Engineering planning (Maintenance and production planning, modification planning etc) and Aircraft maintenance. For the last 12 years, I have been working for Emirates as Engineering Repairs Officer in Component Management/Material Management of EK Engineering. I am one of the pioneer to set up/develop and re-engineering Repair process section of Emirates Airline. I know the entire process of component repairs management includes but not limited to: Repair Processing, repair coordination, applying warranty & Guaranties, accepting quotation, approving invoice, vendor performance monitoring, preparing different types of agreement/contract with suppliers/vendors, contractual performance monitoring, aircraft parts/ material ordering and repair cost analysis. - Aeronautical Engineer holding diploma of associate engineering degree from BAF as well as Ground Engineer's certificate (Aircraft Engine) from TRA/DEEWR, Australia. - Registered user of MY BOEING FLEET, AIRBUS WORLD, AEROMANAGER-ROLLS ROYCE, PRAT & WHITNEY, Honeywell, Global Parts base etc. - Well experienced in using different types of aircraft/engine maintenance documents like AMM, TSM, IPC, ASM, AWM, AWL, ESPM, CMM, EMM, ERM etc. - Knowledge of aircraft parts/ material repairing / ordering & handling with the various vendors & OEM (Original Equipment Manufactures). - Expert of different types of Warranty and Guaranty, their applications, limitations and implementations, member of International Warranty Association - Well convergent in manufacturer's / vendor's product support agreement, contractual provision, material planning and logistics. - Worked as In-charge of Repair process section of Emirates engineering and successfully managed repair related technical and administrative activities of a group of multinational staffs. Moreover, I have completed lots of technical/maintenance courses on different types of aircrafts and engine as well as managerial courses. I am interested to relocate in Sydney or Melbourne area, have non restricted PR to work anywhere in Australia.
