Performs the preparation application of sermetel W coating, Sermaseal 570A, Sermetel 709, Sermetel 196 and all hi-heat resistant coating and solvent enamel in accordance with standard practice engine manuals. Performs installation of metallic leading edge on composite repair for fan outlet guide vane. Repair forward fan case assembly and Abradable line seal using micro balloons Repair of thrust reverser upper pivoting door in compliance with the service Bulletin. Full of partial replacement of fan case Abradable liner of CFM56-5A engine. Performs the preparation application of SermetelW, Sermaseal 570 by using the degreasing machine, dry blasting machine, and plastic media blasting machine. Performs composite repair work and alteration on damaged component parts in accordance with the specification repair manual. Comply service bulletin as per the manual instruction repair. MACHINE OPERATE : Degreasing Machine , Dry Blasting Machine , Plasting Media Blasting Machine , Wet Blasting Machine , Glass Bead Blasting Machine ,Vibro Polishing Machine.
