You just don't go to Greece without spending time on the beautiful beaches. Any of the following beaches are favs (favorites) both with the locals and visitors. Sarakiniko beach on Elafonisos Island, Egremnoi beach on Lefkada's west coast, Myrtos beach at the base of steep cliffs on the western side of Kefalonia Island and Erimoupolis beach on the east side of Crete.
