(i) Safety measure to eliminate the causes of unsatisfactory performance at relevant stages of rebuild / manufacturing / repair & inspections for corrective / preventive maintenance and personal / equipment safety as per ISO standard.
(ii) As qualified Quality Assurance Inspector and Assistant Director Quality Control (Air Defence) in Kamra Avionics & Radar Factory (ISO 9000-2001 & AS9100 ‘B’ Certified) PAC
(iii) Operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications, repair and handling of avionics equipment (Like INAS, IFF systems, NAS, TACAN, Fire Control Radars, GPS, RWR, CFD, CCTVS systems etc.) on aircraft (“O Level Maint”) and in avionics repair workshop (“I Level Maint”).
(iv) Accurately interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams, system schematic drawings, engineering orders.
(v) Uses of standard test equipment i-e Automatic Test Equipment, Multi Channel Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Digital Millimeters, Analogue Millimeters, Frequency Generators, regulated AC/DC power sources, Huntron Tracker, Megger etc.
(vi) Operation of ground power units likes batteries and Hobart etc.
(vii) Schedule /un-schedule maintenance of Mirage V PA2 & PA3, Mirage III EA, EP & DA, Mirage V EF ROSE-I & ROSE-II aircrafts.
