Work Detail
Wheels: Disassembly, Rework, sand blasting/ shot peening of wheel hub, installation or removal of bearing cups by heat treatment, Assembly of wheel hubs and testing of the assembled wheel.

Brakes: Disassembly, Rework, sand blasting/ shot peening of torque tube of the brake, replacement of worn out heat pack, in case of metal brakes de-padding of the stator, riveting of the same with new pads, ‘O’ ring change, built up with new spare parts, assembly of the brake and functional test of the brake.

Landing Gear: Disassembly of the particular landing gear, rework all components if necessary, removal of pitting by shot peening or honing with in permissible limits, assembly of landing gear, and its functional test.
Replacement of worn out gunmetal bushes in various components of landing gear like torsion links, pivot pin etc by heat treatment. Handling of precision instruments like Inside/outside micrometers, telescopes etc.
Special Work Done

· Boeing 777ER aircraft’s nose landing gear scraper change.
· Boeing 747-400 aircraft wing landing gear seal change.
· Honing of Aircraft structure at various places like aileron hinge, flap track beam
And trunion bearing housing
· Axle installation In Bogie
