•Over 30+ years experience in tactical fixed-wing operations and related support of military operations.
•Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P)
•Secret Security Clearance
•Experience includes documented success in senior level leadership positions and management operations. Extensive experience as an MQ-1B Aircraft/Weapons Mechanic, SR-71 Ground Crew Member, F-4/F-15 Crew Chief, Repair and Reclamation Craftsman, Crash Recovery Team Chief, F100-PW100 Engine Technician, and F-15 Depot Overhaul Supervisor.
•Performed organizational, field and depot level maintenance on military aircraft.
•Successfully supervised, directed and trained aircraft mechanics, electricians, sheetmetal and hydraulic/pneudraulic system mechanics.
•Ensured compliance with applicable technical publications through the use of maintenance instruction manuals for the aircraft, associated systems, aviation support equipment, aeronautical components, and aviation equipment.
•Also responsible for coordinating the efforts of 40 maintenance technicians assigned to the Flightline Division. Assigned workload to personnel, monitored progress, and ensured completion of all assignments.
•Performed Quality Assurance Assessments, In Progress Inspections (IPI) and assess work documentation to ensure the maintenance is accurately documented In Accordance With (IAW) the proper Technical Order (TO) before the aircraft record AFTO 781 forms are signed off and ensure airworthiness.
•7 Level, RED-X certified.
•Used CAMS to capture all the aircraft maintenance actions.
